Our Pneumatic Actuated Control Valve features a simple, proven and cost-effective design. Virtually maintenance-free, the sleeve is the valve’s only wetted par, eliminating possible contamination of the process materials. Due the seatless and packless design, the valve will not become locked or jammed even when dealing with solids in the flow.
Metal material VS Sleeve Material
Abrasion-resistant: Use high-elasticity and low hardness rubber
Chemical-resistant: Use volcanized butyl rubber, which is good at acid, alkali or salty liquid
Noise & vibration Free: High elasticity rubber can usefully reduce the noise and vibration, protecting the environment.
