Working principle and structure description

With the structure of flange connection, the valve has such advantage as small volume, low fluid resistance, high flow and rapid direction changing etc. The ball valve is provided with fore seal rings. Therefore, reliable sealing can be achieved when the ball rotates toward any of the directions. Furthermore, the position of seal ring can be adjusted to achieve the required purpose. The ball valve adopts PTFE(King of Plastic) as the seal material, so the seal ring performance is good and stable and the maintenance is convenient. Just turn the handle 90° and the direction of fluid can be freely changed..

Use and specifications

JIS Four Way Ball Valve is applied in the pipes with media such as water, steam, and oil with working temperature less than or equal to 150 ℃, used to change the flow direction and connect or cut off the media in pipes.
