TEKO fixed Trunnion Mounted ball valves are designed to provide maximum service life and durability. All ball valves have full port design and are manufactured to API standard  API6D, BS5351 and ASME B16.34

Design Features

1. Double Block and Bleed (DBB).  Bleed Valve will empty the valve cavity when closed and it also can clean the deposits to prolong the life span.
2. Sealant Injection devices. For diameter 6” and above, an sealant injection devices were added. When seat ring or stem o-ring was damaged due to a accident, the sealant can be injected to avoid medium leakage on seat ring and stem.
3. Fire safe structure. After soft seal ring was damaged or decomposed by fire, the pipeline pressure will push seat retainer rapidly towards the ball to make an metal-to-metal seal.
4. Anti-static structure. Anti-static springs are loaded to allow the static electricity discharge from body, avoiding the fire and explosion caused by static spark.
