The TEKO triple eccentric butterfly valve is designed for excellent flow and control characteristics, sealing capabilities (zero leakage) and dependability in a wide range of applications.

Design Features

Valve Testing

 

Life Cycle: The valve have been tested extensively under a wide range of conditions in order to validate performance of the critical components(gasket, seal stack and bearing/shaft material). The overall design and tolerances were tested rigorously to meet industry life cycle standards.

 

Durability: Testing was also performed to establish the durability of the seal stack and validate the overall design.

 

Brackish Water: TEKO valves were cycled using brackish water to validate the bearing / shaft combination and determine the effect of brackish water on standard componets.
