Description:
The SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump is composed of motor, pump shaft, mechanical clamping jacket, sanitary mechanical seal, connection support, back plate, and casing. The SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump has large internal round chamfer and cleaning type seal. It is specially designed for CIP. The stainless steel motor cover provides good protections on motor. The unit is supported by four adjustable feet.

Applications
Sanitary Centrifugal Pump is widely used for conveying various liquids in such fields as dairy, beer, beverage, medicine, biological engineering, fine chemical industry etc. It can be used to handle ordinary solutions of low and medium viscosity and solutions containing suspensions or corrosive solutions.

Shaft Seal
The SCP sanitary centrifugal pump is provided with a set of external mounted sing end mechanical seal or water injection mechanical seal. The static ring is made of stainless steel, silicon carbide or tungsten alloy, and material for driving ring can be. Stainless steel, carbon, graphite or tungsten alloy. Double end mechanical seal is also available.
